Yes. Each name is chosen with a secure random number from your browser, so every name on the list has an equal chance. The animation is only for show, and it does not change the result. When you remove winners from the list, the remaining names keep the same equal chance in the next round. If the same name appears twice and you turn off Ignore duplicate names, that name has two chances, so we recommend keeping duplicates ignored for a fair draw.

• Make sure the list contains every valid entry once.
• Keep Ignore duplicate names turned on, unless extra entries are part of your rules.
• Record your screen or take a screenshot of the result so people can see the draw was fair.
• Follow the rules of the platform where you run your giveaway, and the laws that apply where you live.
• Announce your winner and the date of the draw clearly.
