Tools for Every Moment

Quick decisions: Need an answer fast? Spin the Yes No Wheel, toss a Coin Flip for heads or tails, or use the Yes No Maybe Generator when a simple yes or no is not enough. Choosing between more than two things? Type them into the Decision Maker and let the wheel pick one.

Games and fun: Get endless either-or questions with the This or That Generator, ask the Magic 8 Ball a silly question, or use the Dice Roller for board games and tabletop RPGs, with dice from D4 to D100.

Fair picks: Paste a list into the Random Name Picker to choose giveaway winners, classroom volunteers or who goes first. Need a number instead? The Random Number Generator picks numbers in any range, with or without repeats.

Everyday ideas: Stuck on dinner? What Should I Eat? suggests a dish based on your meal, cuisine and diet. Shopping for someone special? The Gift Idea Generator finds ideas by person, occasion, interest and budget.

How Random Are the Results?

Our tools use the secure random number generator built into your web browser, the same kind of randomness used for security features online. Every spin, flip, roll and pick is worked out on your own device the moment you press the button. Nobody, including us, can see or change the outcome.

Random also means streaks can happen. A coin can land on heads five times in a row, and that is normal. Over many tries, each answer comes up about as often as its chance says it should.

Use It for Fun, Not for Big Decisions

A random answer is great for breaking a tie, settling a friendly argument or adding some fun to a game night. It is not advice. For important choices about health, money, studies or relationships, please think it through or talk to someone you trust.
